Welcome back to my Vlogmas journey! This is my first ever year taking part in Vlogmas—and I couldn’t be more excited (and exhausted)! Some days are magical, others are messy… and some come with sneezes and cuddles from my adorable Black Labradors, Alfie and Archie.

🐶 Life with a Labrador (or Two!)

The bad days have been weighing heavily lately, but my sweet Alfie has been my saving grace. When the fatigue and pain from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) hit hard, Alfie is always there—ready for endless cuddles, quiet companionship, and unconditional love.

Poor Alfie has still been struggling with his ears, but I’m hoping we’ve turned a corner. He’s been so brave and extra snuggly (and maybe enjoying all the extra spoiling, too!).

Every single day with Alfie makes me feel like I’ve won the lottery. He’s just incredible. 🐾💕

🎁 A Christmas Gift Idea for Coffee Lovers

I could’ve sworn I already talked about this before, but it seems I forgot—so here’s a brilliant Christmas gift idea for any coffee lovers in your life (or yourself)!

Lavazza Coffee Subscription Offer:
You can get one of Lavazza’s amazing coffee machines for just £1 when you sign up for their coffee delivery subscription.
If you’re already a coffee drinker, like me, this is such a win. Great coffee, delivered to your door, and a shiny machine that makes every brew feel special.

🐾 Vlogmas Catch-Up: Days 14 & 15

In today’s video, we’re opening two days at once to catch up on Alfie’s Advent Calendar—because yes, even dogs deserve daily festive fun! 🎁🐕

Expect giggles, tail wags, and a little festive chaos as I try to keep up with content while living with a chronic illness.

💙 Why I Share My Life Online

Vlogmas is more than a countdown to Christmas—it’s a way for me to raise awareness of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, a life-changing illness that affects millions of people.

Through each video, I hope to share what life is really like behind the scenes of disability:
💬 The honest moments,
🎄 The little joys,
🐾 The furry therapy from my pups,
💡 And the tips that might help others living with M.E. or similar conditions.

If you’re new here—welcome! I’m so glad you found me. Hit like, subscribe, and tap the bell icon on YouTube to stay connected. Your support truly makes a difference.
