Unboxing Comfort: Pyjama Haul You Need to Watch on YouTube

Being bedridden, I spend almost all day in Pyjamas, so when I needed a little retail therapy, I thought it would be silly not to film the unboxing and put the Pyjama Haul up on Youtube.

I have to admit that the only time I normally spend a little extra on PJs is at Christmas, each year My Daughter insists that we wear matching pyjamas, so if she likes a pair regardless if they cost a little extra I don’t mind paying it to see my Daughter happy. The normal price for me is £20/£25 but if I can get them in the sale then even better. Yes, I am cheap but with the price of everything being so high right now I have to save every penny that I can.

Having Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Endometriosis I need to be comfortable, I can’t have a material that will irritate my skin. I insist on an elasticated waistband ideally with a tie so that I can control the waistband to accommodate the swelling on a bad day. Ideally, I look for all cotton as it feels less constrictive when I got hot, other materials feel like they are keeping the heat in and not allowing my body to cool down which is never a nice time. Trust me when you are experiencing pain on the high end of the pain scale and you can feel your body swelling, the skin gets itchy, add to that feeling hot and being unable to regulate your own body temperate properly you do have to think about these things.

So here it is My Pyjama Haul | The Re-Edit

I do hope that you love this as much as I do, learning something so new can be daunting but I am learning new things all of the time. Over time I know that I will be more confident and my set-up will get better. I have wanted to do this sort of thing for so long but with such low confidence and not having a clue where to begin, I just knew I had to do it or I was going to put another distraction in my way.

So welcome to my Youtube channel a place where I want to do what I can to raise awareness of these illnesses but also to show the real life of someone who suffers severely from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, Endometriosis and De Quervains Syndrome. I want to show the good days and the bad from the medication I have to take, doctor’s appointments, and getting about on the days that I can get out of the house. I want to show the loneliness not just for me but also how lonely this illness can make my family feel and chances are you and your family is feeling that way too. I want this channel to be a place where I share things that help me each day to the things that I have wasted my money on.

Being bedridden can be a challenging experience, often with limited activities that one can engage in. For a person in this situation, it is essential to find ways to stay positive and entertained. Many people turn to retail therapy to lift their spirits, and in this case, I decided to film the unboxing. This simple act can bring a sense of excitement and accomplishment and provide a distraction from the challenges of being bedridden. Moreover, sharing the unboxing video with friends and family can bring about a sense of social connection even when one is confined to their bed. Ultimately, by finding ways to engage with the world and bringing joy into their lives, those who are bedridden can maintain their mental well-being and cope better with their situation.

All opinions in my Youtube video are my own and all purchases for the video I paid for with my own money.

I have included links to all pyjamas in the description of my Youtube video.

Sending love and strength always
