Pyjama Review.

I finally managed to take a shower last night and get into fresh PJs , I really don’t get why this excites me so much 🤗

So about 7pm last night i put on my new Joules pjs.

Yes they are from Joules and a little more expensive but I have to sound like my Nan for a minute in saying “ you really do get what you pay for”

The bottoms & The Top are 100% cotton and it really has made such a difference .

I overheat a lot, it’s like someone has lit a fire inside my tummy and it radiates out. Does that happen to anyone else?

It’s a horrible feeling so wearing light weight cotton or natural fabrics really does help.

Another bonus is that the bottoms have pockets. I love pockets in PJs.

When I am bad my whole body seems to swell up so I have to be comfortable, I always try to get pyjamas with a deep waistband as they seem to feel better around my tummy .

These Pyjamas are absolutely perfect for warmer nights.

The quality and fit of both are excellent.

Definitely a 10 out of 10

Material

100% cotton

Fit

Top has a scooped neckline

Loose fit

The top hits just below my hips

Thick elasticated waistband

Drawstring so you can adjust to your comfort

The length of the pants is slightly longer on me as I am fairly short.

They are a wider leg loose fit culotte.

The leg has a scooped out edge feature giving extra room to move.

I am 5ft 4 inches and wearing a UK Size 16

After the wash

They have been washed and reworn twice now .

My daughter washed them in with her whites on a 30 degree wash . After washing they were hung over a maiden to dry and I was able to wear straight off the maiden.

As I have lots of sensitivities I have to have all of my clothes washed in Fairy and using Fairy for fabric softener too.

Summary

I suffer a lot if the weather is warm as my body internal thermostat must be malfunctioning. So the moment the warmer weather sets in I have to take cold showers in the hope of bringing my temperature down. I try and buy all natural materials to try and help my body breathe better.

I tried this pair of PJs on one of the warmer nights and they really helped. I must also say that I had suffered a bad sunburn which didn’t help my temperature yet I was still able to get a nights sleep.

They are on my favourite list , they just feel so comfortable.

While the weather is slightly warmer I really suffer. Hot stuffy nights are always worse when you can’t get comfortable and these PJs are exactly what you need.

After the first time wearing this pair of PJs we reduced the duvet from a 15 tog to a 5 tog to help me cope with the heat and the PJs are still some of the most comfortable PJs I have ever had.

Taking into account the fit, the wear and how they washed I have to give these PJs  10/10
