If you have or you know of someone with an underlying health condition please take extra precautions over the hot weather.

Please share to others who may find this useful 🙏

Tips –

🥵Wear cotton clothing

🥵If like me you can’t bear to sleep without something covering you , switch to just a sheet or take the duvet out of the cover if you don’t have just a sheet

🥵try to keep your room as dark as possible, this means keeping curtains closed and or blinds down – the last thing you want is the sun heating up your room

🥵Fill up ice packs / ice blocks as having one under your pillow can really help cool your head down

🥵Fill any hot water bottles with cold water or ice to help bring your body temperature down

Get it quick –

🥵if you are able to sit out for a while to top up your vitamin d levels always use sun protection-wear a hat – wear dark sunglasses especially if you have sensitivity to light

If you haven’t already stocked up I know from personal experience that the following helps –
