I have to admit that I am a huge germophobe.
I have a medical condition which leaves me with a very poor immune system, it only takes a cough or a cold and I pick it up .
Did you know that if you have had an illness and built up an immunity that you can still pass on whatever your body has picked up to someone like me. Take for instance measles, My daughter was immunised when she was a baby yet when her nursery came down with an outbreak , I still managed to develop symptoms .
My Dr explained that as there are different strains that while you may have an immunity to one you can still carry the illness.
