Day 3

Day 3 of COVID has put me in the mood to watch Marvel Movies so I’m starting Avengers from the beginning.

Day 3

Symptoms

As my ME is very severe I am completely bedridden already and I live in constant pain, severe pain, level 8 + on the pain scale. In my sinuses I feel lots of build up and my mouth is not producing any saliva so I am drinking a lot more than normal.

This is leaving my throat very sore with a cough that is like a dry bark. My left leg and my pelvis are extremely sore so I’m using my massage gun a lot to help which it is, thankfully.

Eyes are sore and constantly watering which is no fun.

I’m going to try and record more in the hope that others with ME know what to expect with this variant. I have only had one vaccination which worries me a lot. If this is affecting you too please get in touch as I know just how lonely this illness is at the best of times.

Sending love

Always

Alisha 😘😘
